# Seller Due-Diligence Report by Agentropolis

POST https://seenly-due-diligence.vercel.app/api/report with JSON {url, domain?, payTo?, planned_spend_usd?, max_price_usd?} → signed report: verdict (proceed | proceed_with_caution | avoid), risks, positives, facts, summary. Premium pre-purchase check for agents committing real money to a seller. Also payable by card: POST /api/report/checkout. Unpaid probe only (we never pay the seller). Ed25519-signed; public key at /.well-known/report-signing-key.json. Payment: unpaid calls return HTTP 402 with x402 v2 PAYMENT-REQUIRED; settle only on 2xx. Invalid requests → 422 before payment.
